Spring in New Hampshire by Claude McKay
Too green the springing April grass,
Too blue the silver-speckled sky,
For me to linger here, alas,
While happy winds go laughing by,
Wasting the golden hours indoors,
Washing windows and scrubbing floors.
Too wonderful the April night,
Too faintly sweet the first May flowers,
The stars too gloriously bright,
For me to spend the evening hours,
When fields are fresh and streams are leaping,
Wearied, exhausted, dully sleeping.
Too blue the silver-speckled sky,
For me to linger here, alas,
While happy winds go laughing by,
Wasting the golden hours indoors,
Washing windows and scrubbing floors.
Too wonderful the April night,
Too faintly sweet the first May flowers,
The stars too gloriously bright,
For me to spend the evening hours,
When fields are fresh and streams are leaping,
Wearied, exhausted, dully sleeping.
The beauty of the earth just makes me so happy...And so does my husband, who was super excited to take these pictures out in our yard with his camera a couple days ago! Pretty sweet, eh?

Hey when are you guys coming to Pasco next?
Love the pictures--I forget to be grateful living in year-round foliage. What will I do if I move back to cold country!?
Nice pics Peter! Still using that Nikon?
I feel the same way about this weather. If I have the choice to stand in the shade or the sun I choose the sun.
Thanks for the compliments! Yeah, we are super excited to be getting married in St. George, it's going to be lots of fun :) The guy who took our bridals and engagements is Jimmy Bishop, his business is called "Gideon Photography" he is pretty amazing!
Haha, so it was kind of funny because I'm sitting here with Jared, and I clicked onto your blog and I saw that you were in the pictures with Peter Nelson, and I didn't know who you were but Jared is all, "That's my cousin Kira!" small world! My older brother's name is Nick Musso. And I know Peter's little sister Jenny.
So how did you and Peter meet each other then??
