yuck. i hear you. one thing about living in seattle is the rain. but i would rather have the rain, than smoggy air. it just makes you not want to breath.
Tell me about it! It really frustrates me that Utah is supposed to be this outdoorsy, recreational state...yet most days are red alert days where you're supposed to stay inside. Guh. I run outside anyway and just pray that I don't have lung issues in the future...
